Gallagher Bassett’s Proprietary Interest Policy
Gallagher Bassett discloses, in advance of the training, and Instructors’ proprietary interest in any product, instrument, device, service, or material discussed during the experience, event, or program.
Gallagher Bassett has a policy, as included in the Gallagher Bassett Instructor Manual, requiring each Instructor to disclose any proprietary interest before beginning any training we offer. If it is determined that the Instructor did not disclose this information, Gallagher Bassett will dismiss them.
Per Gallagher Bassett policy, before any training event, the Instructor will disclose, both to Gallagher Bassett and its students, any proprietary interest in any product, instrument, device, service, or material discussed during the training and the source of any third-party compensation related to their instruction.
Gallagher Bassett has policies and procedures to address intellectual property rights for the design and delivery of continuing education and training and is included for Instructor signature in the Gallagher Bassett Instructor Handbook upon hire.
