Candidates who fail the computer-based exam will receive a printed score report immediately after completing the exam. Applicants will be allowed to take each computer-based exam two twice. Thereafter, to retake either exam, applicants must schedule a new appointment online and pay the applicable fee.
If an applicant fails the computer exam a second time, they will need to repeat the required training.
