It is recommended that participants register as early as possible due to set limited seating in each course. Seating in courses will not be reserved until a registration form is completed and payment is provided. Registrants will receive a confirmation email, fax or a printed copy if registered in person. Registration forms sent to our office after 5 PM will be processed the following business day.

Please make sure to write on the top of the registration form language and class date (s) of the training you are registering for.
Course fees
Course Fees are due in full in order to be eligible to receive course completion materials. Course fees include the cost of training as well as learning materials, handouts and manuals distributed during the course. Acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit charge cards (AMEX, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, VISA), company or personal checks, Money Orders or cash. Vouchers or financial aid is not accepted. Payments made with a company or personal check are subject to a 7 business day clearance before course completion materials can be released.
Discounts & Promotions Disclosure Notice
Discounts, sale prices, and promotions cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotion or discount code. Some discounts/promotions may require a special discount code to be applied online during checkout or may only be redeemed in-person at one of our locations.
Cancellations
Cancellation and/or reschedule requests must be received in writing by sending an email to GB.GBTSNYC.TrainingInfo@gbtpa.com or faxing your request to 718-389-6155. The client is responsible for ensuring that Gallagher Bassett receives your written request. Attendees must cancel a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the course date to receive a full refund.
Registrations Processed Through Coursehorse.com
If you purchased a course through coursehorse.com, Gallagher Bassett’s Refund and Cancellation policies will apply to your purchase. Students who do not attend training, want to reschedule or need to cancel a registration must contact Coursehorse. To discuss your registration, eligibility for a refund or to pose any other questions, please directly contact Coursehorse.

Weather Emergency
The Training Director (TD) will monitor conditions that may disrupt Gallagher Bassett (Gallagher Bassett) activities. If conditions warrant, the TD will make the decision to cancel or postpone the start time for classes at each of Gallagher Bassett metro area locations. Gallagher Bassett notify the public of any class cancellations or closings via a post on our social media channels and on the top of our home page. Gallagher Bassett will also post a message on our automated voice messaging system which can be reached by calling 718-389-2103.
In the event of a cancellation or closing, we will post an announcement of a modified or rescheduled class dates here.
