How long will your facility remain open?
We will remain open on a modified schedule through April 11. Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 7:30am- 2:30pm and Saturday, 7:30am-11am.
What does this mean for currently scheduled classes?
We will continue to offer any classes that have been confirmed. All necessary adjustments to our March 2025 course schedule have been made. If you have not received communication of a cancellation, your training is confirmed and meeting as scheduled. If you have any questions about your enrollment status, contact us directly, Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 2:30pm at 718-389-2103.
What training are you still giving during the restructuring?
All online courses are still available, and we plan on adding new courses in the near future. Click here to purchase online SST courses or click here for online OSHA courses.
What if I need live/virtual or in-person training?
We have some exciting changes to our offerings coming soon! While we are restructuring, please contact our fellow DOB approved course provider, New York Safety and Training, for your in-person training needs. They’ve demonstrated a commitment to serving the New York City construction community and we hope you choose to work with them.
If you have an existing arrangement with us for on-site or in-person training, please call us at 718-389-2103 and we will work with you to make sure your needs are met.
Will you still process new SST card applications?
Yes. We are accepting SST applications. All eligible applications for SST cards will be processed. The LIC facility will remain open for material pick up until Friday, April 11, 2025.

What if I have a confirmed training agreement with Gallagher Bassett Technical Services?
We are doing our best to reach out to all customers who have existing training arrangements. If you have immediate questions please call us at 718-389-2103, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-2:30pm.
What if I need a duplicate credential?
Requests for duplicate scaffold, rigging, site safety, and OSHA credentials must be submitted by 3/28/25. If the replacement credential cannot be issued on the spot, you will have until 4/11/25 to pick it up in LIC.
What if my class was cancelled or I have a credit on file?
If your class was canceled, please check out our online self-paced course offerings. If you have a credit on your account and do not see the course you need online, please contact our finance department at gb.gbtsnyc.finance@gbtpa.com for refund eligibility.
